Shopping Spree
If given $1000 to spend at any single store, I would take the modern approach and use the funds at online retailer Amazon.com. I am not particularly fond of “big box” stores like Target and Wal-Mart, but similar to those stores, Amazon.com offers a wide array of goods to pick and choose from the comfort of my own home. Books, clothing, music, home goods, food, etc. are all available for purchase with a few simple clicks and without the crowds and chaos of typical retailers. The fact that my purchases would also be delivered, as opposed to me having to haul them back to my home myself, is also a nice perk.
